Anybody have a write up for doing an alignment on a YJ? Can't seem to find one.

IIRC, Mean Max did one years ago. I'll check my subs and see if I saved it.

Taillights aren't as important as a rear crossmember. Consider armoring that. Methinks you used your bumperette as a recovery point.

I did the flush LED taillights instead of armor. I like the look.

Worked on the jeep's doors this weekend.
There are some broken plastic(nylon?)rod connectors. I see that the plastic connectors are listed in catalogs, but chrysler says all door parts are obsolete. I used some zip ties and wire bread twist ties.
Now the window operation is affected negatively. When the window is down, the inside latch won't open the door. But rolling the window up, allows the latch to work.
Will need to try again to fix it...What a system- wire rods and plastic connectors...

I am also... surprised at how heavy these doors are.

When I had to fix those I got the plastic pieces at autozone.

Routing on the lock actuator Rods can be a little confusing . Probably to late but its best to leave one side together , like drum brakes . so you can use it as a reference .
