They usually come out pretty rusty. Some dealers sell them for a couple dollars each but apparently an ebay seller sells them for under $5 each. I saw this topic a couple weeks ago, so I would try using the search function. I believe it's called a crush sleeve, but it may be known as something else.

I know this has come up before many times. I think it is one of those things where you have to fabricate replacements. But maybe you can buy factory, did you try a dealership?

Dealerships can get them and you can find them on Ebay.

I called an oem parts supplier, they had them, but at $7.50 each. Multiply that by 11 plus shipping and your over $90. I actually called Daystar and complained to them about false advertising. I ordered the Daystar kit because they said that the metal sleeve was included. Well, all is included is a 7/8" sleeve to make up the difference. No where in their description does it state you that you have to use your sleeves. I have seen other kits that state that.

Needless to say, they did nothing about it...

I just put this body mount/1"lift on mine this winter and it had all the sleeves! I think I bought it through 4wd hardware. I ordered Daystar but if I remember right, the box said Prothane or something like that!

Well, that really sucks. My daystar kit is on it's way and that's one of the reasons I chose their kit was because it is supposed to come with new sleeves.

I hope mine aren't too bad when I try and get them apart.

Here is a link: Jeep Wrangler accessory and original Jeep parts and accessories - only from Jeepsareus.com
Call them. They have them in stock. They aren't listed on the page but they are very inexpensive. I think they are $5 or $6 a piece.

I clicked on the link and began to drool on my keyboard. There are a lot of parts on there that I wondered where I was going to get them from otherwise. My part(s) are unrelated to this thread, but the link was still very helpful for me. Thank you.

I had some stuck mushrooms as seen in the above mentioned rebuild thread.

To get them out I used a rubber mallet while loose hold on the old body mounts. Some came out easy...some were SOBs.

Answer to get them out is to use heat on the inside of the mushroom sleeve and beat them out when the rubber starts smoking. Two or three of mine were rather rough, but I decided to neated them up and use plenty of anti-sieze.
