YJ 4.0 Idles Great - Stalls or Labors Under Load

I have a 1992 Wrangler Renegade with a 4.0, automatic. The jeep idles great, but when I put the wrangler in drive I loose all power and the jeep almost stalls and acts like it is starving for air or gas. It has virtually no power when in drive. When in park I can push on the gas and she revs up just fine.

Here is what has been done so far.
replaced the following:
Air Filter and PCV
plugs and wires
cap and rotor
fuel filter
Catalytic Converter
valve cover gasket replaced

The Wrangler is still having issues and hope that someone might have a suggestion to point me in the right direction.

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure what you mean by "converter not unlocking". I just had the CAT replaced last night, So I don't think it is a CAT issue.
