yj 4.0 to carbureted sbc 350 swap, what wires are kept and which ones can go?

The title says it all. I need to know what wires I nee to keep so little things lke wipers and heater, etc. still work and what wires are specific to the fuel injection/old engine can be eliminated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
