Write up w/pictures for the 2.5l Exhaust man. Swap ?

Is there a write up with pictures of someone doing a swap of the 2.5l Exhaust manifold ? I have a 95, and it has a big split in it. Thanks guys.

Are you replacing it with another stock manifold or a header?
