I don't see why not. If you are wanting a soundbar though, PM me I have the 6 speaker VDP soundbar that I got off of quadratec last year. If you want to work out a deal let me know...

like i said before it WILL work << experience talking here
only thing you will need to do is splice some wires together correctly left and right wise and for the dome light(best part IMO)
you will also need to bolt it down some how, i used large zipties and its held up well but ive never rolled or flopped so i dont know how it will hold up in either

Im pretty sure it would work, BUT it would have to mount in front of the roll cage center hoop, instead of behind it, as it does in the TJ's.

you also have to watch out if you have new or aftermarket seats, i bought some VDP sound wedges, and because my seats sat up higher my head would hit the speakers on bumps and such.

I could be wrong here, but I'm fairly sure that the TJ soundbar is designed to fit tightly just behind the main hoop on the cage.
One thing I AM sure of is that the rear half of the TJ factory cage is different than that of the YJ. The rear bars on the YJ "family style" cage come in at an angle towards the inside, making the distance between the two rear bars narrower.
So because of that I would be willing to bet that the TJ soundbar would be too wide to fit behind the main hoop on the YJ "family style" cage. However it should fit just fine in front of the main hoop.

this is true but if you have a sport bar still then you really dont have much of a choice unless you can mount it on the downward bars
i may try that while im building my cage just for some laughs, maybe ill just leave it out or i may build the rear halo so that i can still fit hte sound bar
