W/S Frame Rust

If your going to attempt to repair it rather than replace it, I'd try some fiberglass mesh in that spot. It should work fine. It's safer than welding in that location and will do the same job.

Thats how we are redoing the floors, except the big hole underneath the gas petal.

i would tend to think that a 3" add a leaf kit would be an awfully stiff ride, not that a jeep has a smooth ride anyway.

Your's looks like a Carter to me.
You probably need to drill out the venturi tubes - if you want to keep the Carter. Worked wonders for me.
I think there's also a guy that sells a replacement venturi cluster that has slightly bigger tubes that won't get clogged as easily, but i'd try tweaking yours first.

I'd love to get a new carb or a 4.0 swap but i just don't have the $$$ (still in high school)
Sorry for no updates, all I've been doing it cleaning up under the dash and organizing wires because its too cold to paint.

I was trying to figure out why my drivers side stock speaker wasn't working...

someone cut the wire

another thing that confused me...

Why would the PO cut the wires and put all them back but two?

Look up Falls Road in Royalston on Google maps.
It crosses into Richmond NH.
It's nothing hairy, I go there in my stock 92 Mitsu Mighty Max 4X4.
There's also Prospect Hill Road from Royalston to Richmond.
They're both legal, unmaintained town roads.
You'll never see them on Peterson's Ultimate Adventure but they're legal and kinda fun in a prolly-won't-get-stuck kinda way.
There's also Monument Road in Richmond.
It's a go with other wheelers with winches kind of place.
A trapper up there said he did it with his built Jeep in the 70's but I stopped after about a mile in my Mitsu.
I'll do it in my YJ after a few serious mods.
