I love my Jeeps, but this thing was aweful! It hurt my brain to see a perfectly capable Jeep turned into a heap of crap! (Sorry folks, just my opinion).

Throttle body spacers...I know there will be some argument on this but I really believe they are just $50 paper weights. Carb spacers, yeah there will be improvements but throttle body spacers are just plain silly.

I must dissagree with you 100% on this one. I really dont want to get into it but it does a lot for a engine that needs it. If your engine doesnt need it then obviously its not going to do anything.

Hey! I resemble that remark!

I don't really have a huge lift or big tires, but My wifes Jeep does have some vertical enhancement. Exterior mods including winch and recovery points are in the works, budget pending.

Wow alot of arguments on worst mods on here.
I will give you a picture of my Jeep a year or so after I bought it. Still wonder what I was thinking? Granted I bought it new and it was the 90s.

Check it out the arcrilic (sp) fender guards, KC lights, nerph bars, add a leaf with 31s, bug sheild, the and the cat hood thing.
Now these are some worst mods!

93 YJ SOA 2" springs front, XJ springs rear w/main leaf added, High pinon 9 inch rear detroit locker front Dana 44 ARB 4.56 Gears, 36 inch Irok tires too much to list. www.mijc.org

yes.

First thing I did the day I bought the jeep is remove the fake-locks. I'd rather have 4 little bolt holes on the wheel than the fake-locks.

I still have no spare, no winch, and no recovery gear.

These are all pretty good, but I have to say that the worst mod there has ever been has to be the bad driver mod.

walmart aux. lighting (except the hellas that some now stock)
eye bolts through bumper for tow points b/c hooks weren't standard...
x2 or 3 on the bra

BTW, i once saw a LOWERED YJ w/ like 17"rims and tiny tires and on top of it all it was a renegade package---UGH, but man do i wish i had a picture for you guys

That's why you get an H4 kit so you don't have to buy the sealed beam ones which crap out when you blow on them. I have IPF H4 conversion housings and Silverstar H4s that have been in there since mid 2003 and probably 50K miles with no sign of crapping out yet.

i have these on my jeep, and i hate them everyday i drive it. They old mud, rocks, and whatever else you might find on the trail. (if you actually use your jeep) only reason i havent changed them yet, is i did everything first. Winch, 8.8swap, tube fenders, rockers, custom front and rear bumpers. Now looking into 35s on soft 8s.

1993 Silver YJ. SBC 300hp. 700r4. NP231 hybrid. 35" Mud Terrains. 7" Toyota Basterd packs. 8.8 Welded. D30 loc-rite. 1" body lift. 4" LED tails. Custom bumpers. Warn M8000. Hella's. (Trail rig)
