Is this worth $150?

Hey guys I was just wondering is this stuff worth $150. It comes with the hood, front fenders, grill, tub, and frame. No suspension, axles, or anything else. I was thinking I could part it out for more than that or keep it and make it a rock buggy or something. I didnt think I could go wrong for the money.
