It is kinda high. The locker in the front is useless without the compressor. And if the locker in the rear is in the d35 then you could run into problems.

I'd find out what axle is in the rear if a 35 try to talk him down more because it is a liability and there is no compressor in the front. Ask about sye and cv shaft too.

I am almost sure that has a 35 behind, but I could be wrong. 6000 is making him wealthy in my opinion. You could buy a yj between 3-4000 and put 3000 more into it and have a better jeep than that. The way you want it.

It's not super high but I've seen some pretty decently built TJ's in the 7k range. Maybe get him to drop another $500 off it.

he doesnt say which motor?

seems high. really high. when i see a 7k YJ on craigslist i expect alot of the expensive upgrades to be done, like axles, gears, etc.

Thats true, for that kind of money you can get a tj and maybe get lucky with a rear 44 on it. Its not that much off of 6000. Just a thought, although I love the roughness of my YJ.
