wj grand Cherokee 4.0 in a 90 yj 4.2

ok at the present moment i have a 90 yj with a 4.2 with a ax15...
I am receiving a Grand cherokee WJ with a 4.0 auto for free from a family member..i know the motor in the wj was a rebuilt motor from jasper but was back and forth from the shop due to electrical issues as far as i now..so how much of a pain will it be to swap the 4.2 for the 4.0? is it a bolt up swap? i was thinkin of running carb and getting a how to replace the wireing from the wj so i wouldnt have to deal with the head ache..but what i wanna know is will the 4.0 swap into the 4.2

thanks all
jeremy

ps this wj has been setting for about 6 years they never found the issue

I believe they have different motor mounts holes on the block and so it would not be a straight sway without fabrication. Also the 4.0 don't have provisions for a mechanical fuel pump like the 4.2 so in order to run a carb you would have to run a inline electric fuel pump.
