windshield wiper fluid hose is disconnected, how do i take my dash off to fix it?

I have a 1993 YJ, the windshield wiper fluid hose is disconnected somewhere behind my dash. i press the button to have the fluid clean my windshield and the fluid comes out of the dash onto the floor mats.

i think i need to take the dash off to fix the disconnected wash fluid hose.

how do i take the dash off?

Is this the best way to fix this disconnected hose?

any advice would be appreciated.

I don't think you have to pull the dash. Just drop the heater assembly.

Open the cowl vent to access it. You'll be able to get to it.

There is a plastic housing that separates the vent from everything else. You have to push that down before you can reach the spreyers.
