I have a 90 YJ.
Buddy is giving me a set of chrome rims off of a 2008 jeep wrangler sahara. Anyone know if these will work?
Whats the offset on these compared to stock yjs?
I have steel rims right now with 235 75 15. Pleanty of room for bigger tires.
Tanks for any input!

I think the JK's have a 5" on 5 wheel while our YJ's are 4.5" on 5, so they will not work.

The "sets" are sold in "pairs", so for $200 you can use the adapters, or you could just buy new black steelies that actually fit your Jeep for about the same money.

Thanks guys!
I liked the looks of the wheels compared to my steel ones.
I will buy bigger tires and rims.
Are the stock steel rims 15x7?

Just picked up a set of the 5 star that came on the 97 tjs. Looks very nice compared to the ugly stock steel wheels. Plus it came with 30 9.5 a/t tires! Goonna get some 31's.
There is no rubbing with the 30's. Not even close to rubbing even at full flex. Dunno why alot of people told me the biggest I could go was 235 75s

Because every rig is different. Most of the time, the stock springs have sagged so much that all you can fit is a 235. It is a case by case basis. If your springs are good and everything is in working order, there is no reason why you cannot fit a 31 in there with minor rubbing.
