I bought the snorkle scoop off ebay. I used epdm pipe from Lowes. I made brackets out of ss strap and aluminum. I took the stock airbox and modified (Ground it Down) a fitting and glued it into the stock airbox. I slotted the the power steering resivoir for a tad more clearance. The biggest challenge was cutting the 4 inch hole in the fender. I must confess I greatly struggle with modifications that permantly modify major components such as the body and frame, etc.

I bought a set of regular 9 inch fog lights that were chrome with funky grills on them off ebay for 20 or 30 dollars. I took them apart, painted the rings red and the body black. I bought a generic h3 bulb Xenon HID light kit delivered to my door for thirty dollars off ebay. The kit included new bulbs and slightly used ballast. They connect with included weather tight connectors and everything went together simple. I didnt realize how bright they were until I got out on a deserted road at night. They light it up and they are suppose to have a significcantly less current draw. They light up like flourscente lights.

I guess that some make it into the pipe, the way it is routed it is unlikely it will make it to the air box. The air box has a weep hole in the bottom of it that would allow small amounts to drain if it made it that far. In the spirit of Expedition Vehicles everywhere I may have to modify if when in incliment weather i take on to much water. There are alot of one way valves available.
