What's the name of this part?

I have the full doors and the black strip that sits between the bottom of the window and the door on the outside has popped out and needs to be replaced. I'm assuming that it's a seal of some sort but I can't seem to find it online. Anyone know what the name of it is?

For anyone that wants one, Omix Ada has them and they need a little fitting. For the price its worth it. I did mine last winter.
