Whats involved in switching from standard to automatic?

I am looking to change over my 1991 Jeep YJ 4.0L, 6 Cylinder standard to an automatic transmission. I am already doing work to it, and I'd rather drive automatic so I figured if it doesnt involve to much then I mine as well. I assume theres more to it then changing the tranny to an auto isnt there? Also what would it cost me?

You can start by going to http://www.stu-offroad.com/index.asp and checking out his site index where he did a couple wrie ups on Auto swaps. Do you know what transmission you want? There is a bit more than a simple swap, you need the TCM, TQ converter, tranny cooler, shifter, flex plate, etc..

I wish you weren't so far. I want a manual transmission.
