I'm not sure if this is a CJ or YJ factory hard top and I think I heard they are the same. Does anyone know if there is a difference in the years?

Pretty sure 76-95 tops will work on a YJ. If it has a vent behind the side glass....it's a YJ, if it doesn't....CJ.

careful, the CJ-5 was still in production with the CJ-7 and the tops aren't interchangable. only the 7 and the YJ will switch.
