My body/frame is an 87 along with the front axle. the rear axle is out of a 95, the engine/trans/xfer case are from an 02. Add up the sum of my parts and divide, I think I have an 96, but it isn't one of the choices...

87 here.

Ahh, 1987.
The first year of the Wrangler, the last year of AMC.
The year I graduated high school, the year I should have met my wife.
The year I had my Corvair...and it was the most interesting car in the lot.
I learned a lot that year.
But I didn't learn that for the Wrangler, the first year was the worst year.

Is this a trick question

93 is what the title says, but it realy depends on what part of the jeep you are talking about.
It ranges for 1975 to 2002.
Kinda like asking who made your jeep.
That is who made it origanally or who made it recently.

I do believe 1988 was the last year for AMC. My I4 is an AMC.

To clear this up go with your stock year
