what year is a good donar year for jeep cherokee
i am looking at a couple of jeep cherokees and was wonder what would be a good year for a eninge donar swap, both have 4.0 and they would replace my 2.5l in my yj. the two i am looking at are 1990 or 1989

91-95 for the 4.0 HO is what I would recommend.

the 89 90 have renix injection and 91 and newer use crysler injection which is much better and more fool proof. plus more horse power. i used a 90 and am now switching to a 91 injection system. my motor is about a 97 so i'll just swap the top end stuff and computor
