what should fuel injection pressure be at?

I was wondering what a 91 yj 4.0 fuel pressure should be at? Mine is at 30-35 running and 40 off. Is this bad? Thx

For a 1991...Your pressure should be 31psi and then 39psi with the vacuum line removed from the regulator. If you see a ~ 8 psi increase with the vac line removed from the regulator, and your initial is as you described, then your fuel delivery is good and not likely causing an issue.
