what's the easiest way to tell if your front axle is still locked up?
I plan on jacking up one tire with the engine off and transfer case shifter in 4wd(after making sure there is no reserve vacuum).. and seeing if i'm able to freely rotate the tire. I imagine there might be an easier alternative.. if so any help would be a great help.
oh and if it is stuck, what are the steps to unstick it?
'92 YJ, 4.0L, rs5000, bds 2", 30" for now.
