I've had my Design III injectors in for a few weeks now and am really happy with the results. Mileage is much better when I have my foot in the throttle, and seems to be just a hair better when I'm easy on it. The power gain was great too, especially in 3rd gear between 50-70. Before it seemed to level off power-wise around 4500, now it climbs up to 6K much better/faster.
For anyone who's interested in this mod, keep in mind that to really benefit from the injectors, they show more improvement with the more mods you've done to accomodate the extra fuel

Don2510, what year mustang did you pull these from and was it a 5.0 or 4.6l motor basically any input on years and model of the fords to check out at the u-pull-it would be great.
Also on the TB from a 4.0 would it be from the same year to bolt to the 2.5 my jeeps a 95 for instance
Dewster, any from 1991 - 2001 5.0 or 4.6 mustang will work. The ones I got where out of a 1996. I also put a 4.0 tb from a 97 jeep on my 93 2.5. Anything after 1995 will have the map sensor on the tb and all you have to do is pull the map sensor off the tb and plug the vac line.
I just did this mod this morning thanks to you guys and these threads. I used the phase III injectors from a 94 Town Car and used new o rings. It fired right up and runs much smoother and I feel more response at the petal. The stock injectors were deffinately fouled up. I'm very happy with the results! I also picked up a 4.0 throttle body but forgot to get a gasket for it, so I will swap that out sometime this week. Thanks so much for this information! I was looking at paying over 100 for new stock injectors, and I ended up paying 30 for the TB and 4 injectors from Pull a Part.
The injectors from a 93'-96' Caprice will work too. 4.3 or 5.7L V8's. I used the 4.3L injectors. They have six spray points and are the same Impedance as stock injectors. Work pretty well for me.

I just did this mod last night, found in the classifides a guy selling a 4.0 tb and injectors for like 80 bucks. they came in yesterday. and put them both on asap. Great mod, can deffinitly notice some more top end and better throtle response. only bad thing is the mess the injectors make, trying to get the rail off lol. but pther then that everything is just bolt on for both. Amazing
