I like that. Mine are starting to look like that and I figured that I would have to wire wheel them, polish and then clearcoat. But I like the rustoleum....especially since I have 2 1/2 cans of the spray on rustoleum bedliner left after doing my bumpers.

Nope. I think they are Rally's or something. The PO put them on but never wired them up.

On a quiet night you can hear the sounds of a HUMMER rusting in the mud, and the man crying when a JEEP is pulling him out

In the last week i have removed the rear flares and cut the wheel wells to match the inside. i then took angle iron and trimmed it out. i am doing the body work now to clean it up. i then cut the stock bumper down to match the width of the winch plate and built a stinger for the front.

Installed an emergency brake light switch and got the light working. Leaned the idle screws 1 1/4 turns and readjusted the idle. Sprayed cleaner in the carb and got rid of most of the varnish and discoloring. Made a chain restraint for my dog to which I can clip his leash. He jumps out if there is another dog around.

Finally got a break from chores in the new house, so I installed my CB, tow hooks and some lights.

I made a sound bar and got it installed. Still have to cut the bolts, hide the wire and put on the speaker covers. I used some scrap, 3/4 plywood, 4 inch foam, bolts i had laying around, and bought a $10 water proof tablecloth. I bought 2 C clamp things for a $1.30 each, painted them black and used them to hold the sound bar onto my roll bar.

I didn't do anything to the Jeep, but I did prepare to do things to it. I picked up my 8.8 axle bearings/seals and I ran my 240v circuit/receptacle for my new Lincoln 180c.
