whack that nut gingerly a few times on the side... it WILL cut it... or you can go at it from the top on the between castellated high points...

I'll give that a try when I get home. Got plenty of replacement nuts but I'll have to be really careful not to jack up the threads on the bolt itself getting that castle off. PITA...

Spent an hour this evening with my 8yr old daughter taking odd's and end's off of the 87 for the build, getting closer to taking the tub off

dreaming of a 300 I6 Ford swap... doner truck gives me a 9" rear end and transfer case... but a 4 speed manual... thinking auto with OD would be the trick... with fuel injection... oh and doner truck is free...

I drove it for 2 hours yesterday. No hiccups and didn't get caught, lol. Too bad the BMV was closed...

swapped out the old a$$ coastal 75w-90 tranny fluid for pennzoil synchromesh, shifts like a champ now! gettin her ready for night wheelin saturday campin then wheelin half day sunday!! gettin a deal lined up to buy a buddy's d30 and ford 8.8 w/ aussie lockers and 4:88's, and 35's mud terrains, hes goin to 1 tons so im savin time and $$$$!! got a good winter project

well I figured it was a better investment than dumping money into the 35, but it will save me time tomorrow, (I've only got until Sunday to work on this then I have to wait until Jan when I get back from Korea.)
