well today im looking for a new motor, to replace the one i took out yesterday, that so happened to decide to blow up (threw a rod) while crossing about 2 foot of water the good old canadian river on sunday.lol. but its ok i guess since she was starting to burn a lot of oil anyhow. i just got this jeep about 2 or 3 months ago and its my first one. the JEEP just empty every pocket is without a doubt true true true. i walked in the shop this morning and i herd her crying and had little drops of oil running from her eyes. almost made me cry too when i headr how much a new motor will be.

Team Rush...waiting for advance to deliver my new spark plug wires (should be here any minute now) and I'll be done!

^^^Nice benefit of being a dealership employee, if I'm short a part or two, my parts department can call it in for me and have it delivered, hehe

Replaced the PCV elbow on the 2.5. According to Advance Auto my 2.5 does not have one. I'm going to O'Reillys from now on.

Installed the 4.88's over the weekend.

Found a trac-lok in the rear that I had no idea was there. Only had the thing a week. Also found out how bad it needs a brake job. that's next.

Replaced the dumb air downstream tube from the intake to the exhaust pipe.. Then I found out the PO changed the cat converter.. The upstream tube is just laying there.. I need to pass emissions by next tuesday. I really dont feel like buying a new converter. technically, that pipe pulls air.. so it doesnt leak anything.. but i dont think that'll fly. I'm trying anyway.
