today I fixed my brake light over my spare tire after the local highway patrolman pulled me over when a lady had called in saying that a green jeep was excessivly speeding and throwing rocks everywhere, needless to say that when he pulled me over he clocked me at 57mph, i told him "Wow! I was going 57 mph?"and he goes, "yep thats what I clocked you at." so I was astonished and said, "holy **** man I wasnt even going downhill!" he didn't quit understand that....but apparently my brake light was out so he gave me a fix it warning, when I got home I took off the cover changed the bulbs and re-adjusted the sensors, and it worked just fine....Im glad that I didnt have to pay anything for something that took me about 10 mins to fix... haha pays to know all the cops in town
I got the tail light all wired up and working properly. Tomorrow i go to the wreckers to see if there is anything i can get for the jeep (they have the $39.99 for anything you can carry sale) hopefully i can get the muffler welded up tomorrow and get a couple nuts and studs for it.
lets see..well the strap came off my ujoint the one that was rear driveshaft to axle..while going 50 down the road..causing the drive shaft to hit the bottom of my jeep put a hole in the jeep..then the driveshaft smashed the ground knocked off one of the pieces then after i pulled over the rest of the driveshaft was wedged up into the frame...so now i'm looking at having to buy a new cv driveshaft i have to bang out the hole and weld it and now i'm mentally abused cause i dont want that to happen again!!! it was scary ****
