I don't know for sure. I was told it was 4". That seems about right because there's lots of clearance in there for the 33s I just put on there. It appears to be done with shackle lifts though. In the future I will probably do an SOA and get rid of the shackles. My immediate projects are new tie rod ends and a full polyurethane bushing kit. A lot of the rubber bushings are shot, and for 145 bucks I orderd a complete kit off ebay.

Put new wheels (15x10 DC1) and tires 35x12.5x15 Wrangler MT/R. Looks really good, just bought her two weeks ago. Since then I have realized that you really have to like these girls to keep them running. New manifold gasket, check- new starter, check- new holly carb, check- new hoses, check etc.....
Pissed off wife because of my new toy, check!
Ok, so I finally got my Tuffy Boxes installed on the wheel wells and consequently organized the entire rear portion of my YJ! This is going to look great when I get the herculiner in! One question: Who here thinks I should herculiner the Tuffy's to match the bed, probably black...?
New TAG fender flares(bushwacker knockoffs)..Bestop trailmax pro seats,91 YJ driver's seat fold up seat bracket for better access to the back,KC Hilites windshield brackets with HELLA 500FF lights..trimmed the stock side steps to look sorta factory with the new flares..doors-off mirrors to make 'er legal with doors off..
Today I mounted my Craigslist sound bar and no door mirrors. Tomorrow I start the Rough County Lift, A to Z rock sliders and fender flair replacements and finally new white faces for the gages and all new days lights. Oh and out in the driveway are my 31x10.5x15 wildcounties to mount.
Walked past it, looked at it, said **** it, and then worked on my Monte like I said I was going to. I changed the oil, applied some silicone adhesive sealent to the old rubber on my t-tops to try to get rid of the leak, put some Kicker box speakers in the trunk behind the back seat, and tommorow, I'll be putting brake shoes on the *** end. **** the Jeep, it will sit some more.
