Finished the rear output shaft seal and bushing on the 231 and new U joints on the rear drive shaft. Just in time for the snow . Reapolstered my console I found at a junk yard and did a 12V power source install in it.

Well, I finally got my engine out and on the stand. Now to tear it down and get the block and head to the machine shop.
Next step: junkyard to find a distributor for a Nutter bypass and maybe a MC2100 carb.

Finally pulled the trigger and went to Quadratech and ordered the following tonight.

Husky Floor Liners
Bestop Soft Top
Bestop Half Doors
Mirrors for when I take the full steel doors off and put the Half's on
Rugged Ridge Dual Tube Front Bumper
Rugged Ridge Dual Tube Rear Bumber with receiver hitch
New Drivers side seat - current one is all sorts of FUBAR'ed

Figured that was enough for one day!

Now, all that's left to do on my list is rip out the carpet, get some spray in bed liner put in, swap out my family roll bar for a sport roll bar, and get a new exhaust and I'll have everything I need from a looks point of view.

Well I found the source of a troublesome oil leak I had, changed out my O2 sensor, Distibutor cap/rotor, and ran some Sea Foam through the engine. After realizing that I still had plenty of sunshine left on this hot January day, I was off to the store and bought some tractor-trailer air horns to install. What can I say, I'm making a 2.5L with attitude...

Finally made the time to install my heated seats

Most difficult part was tearing down the seat to place the elements in.
Had to decise where to put the switches. They ended up just under the gauges.
At least now if it gets cold I'll be nice and toasty
