Due to overseas travel I couldn't post this sooner. Last week I finally got my half doors finished among other things.
Back story: In the 10+ years I've owned this jeep, I've never had a complete top/doors. This has been a warm sunny day jeep only.
Doors: Ebay from a Floridian '94 with no rust. Metal Etching primer on bare metal where mirrors go, then Magnet Paints 2K epoxy primer over top and in all edges and high wear areas. Then covered in Medium Quartz Grey Monstaliner.
Door panels: New Gauge Works panels from Quadratec
Door handles: Quadratec branded grab-handle style
Weather Stripping: Fairchild Industries (nice quality)
Hinges: door came shipped with what appears to be Kentrol Black Stainless
New Lock set: NAPA ($20)
Mirrors: Rugged Ridge from Quadratec (very happy with them)
Upper Door Pin Inserts: Re-used OEM, painted black.
Upper door frames: OEM, very clean from eBay
Upper door skins: MasterTop (very good quality)
Soft top hardware/bow kit: MasterTop
Soft top/windows: MasterTop Premium Sail Cloth w/Tinted Rear window kit
Now we have a 3rd vehicle that we could use year-round if needed. Really excited about this. The MasterTop soft top is very nice quality and their customer service is top-notch.
