Your issue, Ash, is probably not related to a transfer case drop, rather it sounds as though the chain may have a little slack in there. Check your t-case oil.

Wishing I had shelled out the extra $60 and bought the fenders you have Larry. I liked them on Dillon's old blue yj, and definitely like them on yours now.

Started building up a new to me compressor , Used 60gallon tank 15.00 New Twin Cyl Pump 112.50 Used 5hp 220v motor 112.50 Thus Far 240.00



Then Fabbed a new mount for my Cell Phone to take videos with, Sorry no pic of that yet

Sheesh I the paint will stay blue.. Fenders and hardtop shall be black and hood Will be red.. It'll be an interesting paint scheme but hey, it's me I'm a questionable person. Lol.

You know .Cal 4 's Winter Fun Fest is run out of the Fair Grounds in Grass Valley in January . They run sevral trails in that aera . s

I saw a video yesterday of a similar problem and it was a worn out shift fork inside.
In fact, its this video, FF to 1:25 for the noise
