Actually had to hand my credit card over to someone more responsible than I to keep me from maxing it out

All about that unibody life.

I said screw it and installed the hardtop side window myself. Made a perfect tool to remove the old stuff by grinding down a chisel to fit in the channel. Just have to do a little more clean up on the inside. That 3M windshield stuff is messy and a PITA to get off anything! Still scrubbing it off my hands lol but atleast that window isnt going anywhere

This is about poor dash gauge performance. I disassembled the cluster. there is corrosion where the flexible electronic board and the little gauges are held in. Clean them up and reinstall them. Worked for me.

Nice, a friend of mine bought one some years back and is in the middle of a major rebuild now - GM 6.5l turbodiesel, NVG 4500, NP205 (I think), Dana 60/14-bolt w/power steering, enough lift to run ~40" Michelins, every speck of rust obliterated, etc. I'm trying to get him to take it out on a nice muddy trail I know next spring, assuming my Jeep is done at the time!

So I'm thinking that this has to be a sticky thermostat

Any other opinions?

Looks fine to me, mine runs at 210 all day long once it's warmed up. Never moves above or below that number once it's warm.

Either sticking (they usually fail in the open position) or you need to add some coolant.

I know this isn't tge right place to ask but since you guys are talking about engine temps. My temp gauge still won't work.. tore gauges out and cleaned up the connectors and bought a new sending unit. Whats left to try?
