I said screw it and installed the hardtop side window myself. Made a perfect tool to remove the old stuff by grinding down a chisel to fit in the channel. Just have to do a little more clean up on the inside. That 3M windshield stuff is messy and a PITA to get off anything! Still scrubbing it off my hands lol but atleast that window isnt going anywhere

This is about poor dash gauge performance. I disassembled the cluster. there is corrosion where the flexible electronic board and the little gauges are held in. Clean them up and reinstall them. Worked for me.

Nice, a friend of mine bought one some years back and is in the middle of a major rebuild now - GM 6.5l turbodiesel, NVG 4500, NP205 (I think), Dana 60/14-bolt w/power steering, enough lift to run ~40" Michelins, every speck of rust obliterated, etc. I'm trying to get him to take it out on a nice muddy trail I know next spring, assuming my Jeep is done at the time!
Dont know a whole lot about t stats but mine floats between 200-210 dosnt matter what Im doing. Slow,"fast" wheeling sittn In trafic on a hot day. Never moves once shes warm and running.
And the heat is HOT itl run me out of the jeep if I leave it on high to long.
I know this isn't tge right place to ask but since you guys are talking about engine temps. My temp gauge still won't work.. tore gauges out and cleaned up the connectors and bought a new sending unit. Whats left to try?
