Took about 10 minutes and built a cover plate for the former gas filler location. I just used the factory screw holes for the filler neck bezel and traced it for the template. Once I got it cut, I just drilled the holes with my drill press, hit the edges with a grinder to knock off the sharpness then shot some red rustoleum on it. Here's what I got for a quick fix...

I bought a new winch cable for it. Now I just have to get the winch working again. $60 for a new 100' cable. Not bad.

Brazed the cracks in one of my full doors today. Gotta do the other one tomorrow and finish sanding both of them. Hopefully they'll have fresh paint and seals by this weekend!
Don't have any pics of anything, I'll have to take some tomorrow.

Man I been looking for a good shell, I did a B18c in mine, but would rather have a new shell than put money into fixing mine. Motor and driveline is pristine, body is a lil beat. Sleeper mode.

love my jeep

I'm waiting as LONG as I can to put mine on. It's cooling off a little but only at night here. I'm settling for keeping the soft top up and the windows in the back.

I never took the time to mount my soft top this year lol or I would have put it up - I put in a new windshield frame this year, and it was just too pretty to drill the holes for the header channel lol
