love my jeep
I replaced my entire driveline with a modified 4L60E and an Atlas. doubt a stock driveline would hold up to this motor.

let us know how the 4l60e holds up, mines fully built and its still showing signs of wear and your motor has a little more excitement than mine.

next big mod for mine is a 6l80

I told the guy who built my 4l60e what i was doing with mine and so far it is awesome. I can drive normal and it shifts normal but when i'm on it hard it will spin 2nd real good then when i hit 3rd it will spin 3rd pretty good. Haven't hit 4th yet. keep running out of road.
But it is a good piece so far. All behind a cammed 5.3 with a performance tune with 4:56 gears

Enclosed my little trailer for an upcoming trip. I need to put bigger wheels on it...but hey its my little trailer for a reason. Think I'll paint the wood to match the trailer...maybe then it won't be so rednecky.... Is that even a word....is now
