Got the engine mounted, but the input shaft and pilot bearing are not lining up. I have decided to drop the TC/Trans instead of pulling the motor out again. And rain is keeping me from wiring and plumbing. Jeep sits in the drive way.
Lookin good man, ur top still fits with that back there right? I've been thinking bout setting mine up similar to that but my 36 spare fits perfectly snug right on the floor in the back. U got me thinking now tho....
You would get ticketed here for the frame being higher than the rim.
There was a post a couple years back where somebody lived in an inspection state. He failed because his flares didn't cover the tires or some BS like that.
So he went to Toys-R-Us and bought one of those blue plastic swimming pools and made flares and then painted them black.
Betcha' wish your girlfriend was as dirty as my Jeep!
Zombies hate fast food.
Hang on! This is gunna' be a thrill ride of geriatric proportion! RJC#512
Thanks for the link! That looks boss haha! I've never seen a Jeep painted like that and thought it would look pretty cool/unique. Now I know it would look cool! Now I really want to figure out how to make it work on my YJ. Since I have 'cloaks I don't know where I could paint the mouth. On the bumper? The grill? Inner fenders? It wouldn't look right on the hood since it's so high up....

Have somebody that is good with photoshop modify a pic of your Jeep with that paint scheme. My son used to do that for a body wrap company.
I posted in the PS request thread to see what they could do

We have a couple jets painted like the 2nd one here, that was the unit @ Barksdale's paint, they just recently closed and the jets have been distributed around the CAF.
Oh god the warthog tusks look sick!
I have to figure out a way to make this work now.
If I can figure out a good way to do the mouth I'm totally sold!
I'm so glad I don't live in an inspection state. I don't even have to get smogged anymore since my jeep is 20 years old...
I love PA, our inspection laws now that's a whole different story. All that matters is that the tires r covered, dude tells me he doesn't care how funny it looks as long as the tires don't stick out past the flares. Sidewall is fine but no tread sticking out. He thoroughly makes sure everything is good tho, I doubt hell find nething this time. The 28s r literally brand new tires but they aren't mine.
