Not today, but tomorrow I will be loading up my jeep and lots of tools on the trailer behind the duramax, and heading for Colorado. I've got 10 days of trail riding and relaxing at the cabin. Been looking foreword to this since I got the jeep!

88 yj. 95 4.0 4 Brl carb, Msd ignition, offenhouser intake, headers. Ford 8.8 rear end, sun fire seats. About to install a newer ax 15 to replace my tired ba10.

When you install it the correct end will become very obvious to you.
It's the rear end. Assemble it in 4Low and go from there.

Its the end that pops out of the little threaded plug on the new tail housing. Like Rik said, its obvious. An angle grinder makes short work of it.

Anybody have issues with a state saying that a salvaged title vehicle can't be registered? They spoke to me as if the jeep had been rolled down a mountain and then sat on the ocean floor for two years. Damn thing looks like it's only 2 years old.

Maybe a week on the couch ain't a bad thing..

My salvage in cali had to have a brake and light inspection, VIN check on body frame and firewall and pass smog. But it was registered as a salvage title too..

Dropped my old gas tank today, and packed up all of my old TBI and wiring harness junk with my old PS pump/box to send up north to a new home. Out with the old. Waiting for the "in with the new" part to start.

Looks like the tank out of the ZJ will fit from initial eye-balling.

All about that unibody life.

Finally drove it, I think once the I break the springs in a little and put some weight in it I'll get more travel. Should be going back to work next week so I can put more money in to it. I still need high steer and shocks.

Got my steering knuckles/pitman arm back from the shop and got the painted and installed, than I measured for the Dom tre 40 inches and draglink 22.25 inches. I then reinstalled the rear 8.8 cover and fill it back up with fluid, almost forgot dropped the Dom off to get cut and welded!

And a comparison of the hole for stock tres next to 1ton

Fine tuned my jeep's swamp cooler and that thing is a life saver. I was instantly cooled and all my road rage melted away. Also made an offer on another Yj and a '99 TJ with AC. I may be selling mine in the future.
