my bad, forgot to say what the hell I did today, posted more pics in the made a ____ for my YJ thread

Almost got the first set down, just needs the middle hole, proper hardware for mounting, metal sleeve prime and paint, then onto the second set

Finally got the new-to-me starter installed. gave a couple of dead clicks at the first two times I started it, but after that is has started like a champ!

Also attempted to replace the worn intermediate shaft (steering rod from box to firewall?!?!?) and couldn't get the slip joint in the middle to move. I doused it in WD40 (can't find PB Blaster out here at the minute) and will try again tomorrow!
