Did you take the snap ring off?

What bearings?

Good wheels, I got the same kind, been good to me for a while and expect them to last for quite a bit more.

Yeah. Snap ring was biztch to get off. But there's some bearings in the gear on the original main shaft. The new one is thicker and doesn't require the bearings. Have the gears off, but they don't fit on the new main shaft for the SYE/cv conversion.

My second set. Pleased with the first ones on my 31s so I think they'll do solid on the 33s

Wheeled it

Broke it

Now I have to fix it... :/

We hilifted it and winched out the inverted spring. Worked good enough to limp home.

And I just put those springs in dang it.

Smashed the shackle into a rock or similar?

Been there.

Gotta ask though, whats with the wire tied track bar and the funky frame side spring mount?

Havent had time to make a track bar extension and that was some sort of shackle reversal due to a PO. He welded plates on each side. I just ignore them and use the factory mount holes.

Wrenched on it a little and made the big boo boo when taking out and reinstalling the super 88 shafts and smashed the seal. These curved pieces of steel are supposed to be straight. Oops!

Also wrenched on a couple other jeeps including some light help on this one:

Everyone gets the forklift treatment at my shop.

Quit messing with the track bar, just pull the thing out already.

Agreed. It will only make your jeep stiff and heavy

Very valid points. I probably will end up doing that anyways.
