So you added some sort of physics defying device that allowed your Jeep to crawl the wall sideways?????

What part of Tucson are you in? My dad lived on El Conquistador gold course and my sisters went to Canyon del Oro high.

can you post more pics? I see you put it onto a sport bar, interested in possibly doing this on my 88, hows the clearance underneath? Hit your head over bumps?

There is about 6" of clearance between my head and the speaker, no chance of hitting it unless somehow I go into negative gravity, even taking a bump too quick.

It wasn't that difficult, just takes some patience, a few drill bits, and a helicoil kit with matching bolts (to bolt the pods in place. Don't forget a sharp razor blade if you have rollbar padding, because you will need ot make some small cuts to let the bolts pass through.

All about that unibody life.

Bent my hydro assist ram and a heim on the tie rod while out wheeling this weekend. That's all fixed now but I think I bent the passenger side inner C. I totally should have gussetted it. 35's on beadlocks is a ton of weight to put on a 30.

What did I do today...nothing. It was only about 115 in the garage.

I just have to get the rear springs off so I can finish my lift, unfortunately every bolt is rusted hardcore and the sleeves are rusted to the bolts. I am probably going to have to drop the gas tank to get to everything.

I did buy some more sawzall blades and cutoff wheels so the day wasn't a total waste.

The recent rains we've had here in central TX killed my stereo so I put my old one in after work. I also pulled off the hardtop and decided I want to trade it for a soft top, as I have nowhere but my driveway to store it right now. I've also got a noise at highway speeds when I let off the throttle or give it partial throttle that sounds like grinding. I thought it was tranny related before, but that has been replaced and the noise is still there, only louder now. I am guessing this is due to my transmission being quiet and not sounding like it was going to blow up like the last one. Other than all that, I put my daily 100 miles on her.

Replaced my tranny torque arm that I broke dragging my skid over a rock last weekend and also replace a bolt that was missing from the tranny mount! It should ride a little better now!
