Handed the keys to the wife so she could drive it today (Lord please take care of my Jeep ) so I can take the Mazda to the shop. Newer car is nice, till it needs work done I don't want to attempt.

Just hope my occasional DW doesn't come back while she has it today. It's a wheel balance issue (has soft pellets), and a quick slow down has always corrected it. I'm thinking I need a new sticker to put on the visor that simply says "DON'T PANIC".

Got up early dropped my son at school and went to test her out. Hmmmm... no one else around so I will not be playing in the mud.

Gotta find some tougher stuff as she is not even close to being pushed yet.

Did this yesterday. Thought I heard a hissing sound so I got out and looked at my gas tank to see gas running down the side of it. Turned out to be dry rotted fuel lines.
While I had the tank out I realized my skid plate was really rusty so I cleaned it up and sprayed it with undercoating.

Now today my check engine light has started to come on : It only comes on after I've been driving for a while. I haven't check for a code or anything yet.
