Will be removing the trim pieces and spraying them with flat black trim-specific paint from Krylon. Also will finish the POR (paint over rust) painting and will spray the rear bumper. Hope to start Spraying OD Green by this weekend.

I parked it with a leak in the radiator! My baby will be sitting for a while untill i get around to installing a new one.

New upper ball joint and axle u-joint on the drivers side. Changed diff juice and adjusted posi-lok where I think it may actually engage properly. I'm pretty tired now.

Changed the oil and air filters...looked at all the nuts and bolts for any loosies...got a gasket for the rear, gonna change that before our Jeep wedding in the woods next weekend!

I got sick of driving with cracks in my face so I ordered a new windshield (109.00 from acme) as soon as It got here today I ripped out the old one and will install the new one tommorow

lead foot locker and away we go

new clutch master/slave assembly, changed oil, thermostat control for electric fan, relay into aux lighting circuit (finally...)

started removing parts for its off frame rebuild. cursed more and more as i found more and more cancer. will have to start the rebuild thread soon of this rustybeast

Painted some more underbody rust and the Rear bumper-ettes with Anti-Rust paint and then did the rear bed area with bedliner spray:





The OD Green on the inside of the tailgate is going to be the color of the Jeep. Hope to do most of the painting this weekend

Edit: Yes, there are a few areas that I missed in the rear passenger side.. the TWO cans of bedliner weren't enough. ($10/can too!!)

I installed the upgrade H4 lites and new 14 AWG (American wire gage) with two relays for low and high beams.
