I printed out one of the TJ exhaust re-route web pages and brought it in to a local muffler shop that could bend pipe. $144 out the door. Nice bends but poor welds. No more front driveshaft grinding holes into the pipe!

Check out Undercover Fabrication. Very happy with their skids so far.

Not to piss in your cherios, but if you have a welder, you can do it for under 50. If not, that's probably a fair quote for his labor.

Got it back from the vehicle shipping place today. I really missed it. I was beginning to have Jeep withdrawal symptoms lol. Noticed that the passenger seat starts rattling when I drive it now. When you push on the seat or put weight on it, it stops, but the bolts holding the frame to the bottom are tight(first thing I checked). Anyone else run in to this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks

Only extra metal I can figure you are referring to is that folded piece where it's attached. Yes, that has been taken care of.

Definitely plan to have a covering on it. Glare on a sunny day would be a *****. Probably gonna bedline it.

Sounds like could be the lever for the seat slider. Mine does it too, but only noticed after I swapped left & right seats. Haven't found a cure yet, except an iPod, alpine deck & 2 10" subs in the back.

My passenger seat does this too. I turn the radio up and that fixes it.

mines folding mechanism squeaked and rattled. During a lapse of lesser judgement I welded pretty much every moving part of the passenger seat, then welded it to the floor since it squeaked there too... Its quiet now atleast lol

Quick story: I was driving on 1-35 here in Texas and the section I was on happened to be two lanes. I was driving my moms BMW so the drive was a little 'spirited'. Well I come up to some traffic and I'm in the left lane (fast lane) and I flash my lights getting most of the 3/4 mile length of traffic. I finally come up to these two cars and following was a big Range Rover. Turns out these two cars where in fact holding the 3/4mile of traffic from passing. The people in the two cars know each other as the windows aren't tinted and they are talking on the phone/ giving hand signals to each other. I'm pissed so I sit behind the car in the left lane for 5 min flashing my lights and honking, they were going 60 in a 70. So I move behind the other car in the right lane and let the Range pull up. I look at the driver and she knows, so she rides the left lanes a$$ like dog humping a leg. The guy finally moves over, the Range passes, I move into the left lane and pass as well. I get next to the lady in the Range, give a thumbs up and she smiles. If I remember correctly there was 6 miles of open HWY in front of those two a$$h0les.
My daily driver is a 10 camaro (v8) with long tube headers, no cats, and no mufflers so when I get mad at stupid drivers I pull up right next to them and rev... It's deafening and they know lol. And in the jeep... Well I have trouble going 50 up a hill so I don't pass anyone and I stay in the right lane lol
