Installed a fuel pump gasket.
PO used orange goo and no gasket.
Good way to rustproof the bottom of the jeep (and the driveway!)

Rerouted fuel lines to the carb and included a Mr Gasket FPR.
I had to use dope tape (!) in the input threads.
I set the FPR to 3.5lbs. Is that the right setting?

Received passenger side interior door panel.
I'm in between giving Rustoleum Pro gloss black coats to the inner door.
I'll top it with a clear coat.

Pulled the gauge cluster, removed the electric oil pressure sender, installed mechanical sender and tubing, did a BUNCH of reading here, and replaced pcv hose.

Over the last couple of weeks, replaced clutch and slave cylinder in the tranny, replaced seals in steering box, and replaced the u-joints in the front drive shaft.

3.5 is right, don't go above 4.5

On the re-route. of the lines, the return went over the manifold for a reason, you need to keep the fuel filter above the input on the carb, looks like your close to being even or under it.

New master cylinder, booster and front extended brake lines. What a PIA, brakes a bit better but they still suck.

Bought new oil pan gasket, new transmission gasket and filter, oil, transmission fluid, 6 new spark plugs, mineral spirits, bed liner, tape, rollers, brushes, degreaser, sanding wheel, carbide saws-all blades, Kobalt tap & die set and torx bits (lifetime warranty baby!), Bernz-O-Matic propane torch, and a Snickers bar. Got the whole interior sanded, broken bolts out, wiped down, and rhino lined with 3 coats. Still lubin those body bolts for the impending body lift this week. Interior look 100% better with the lining, just gotta figure out what to do with the exterior now. Some pics posted on Gallery, but most by end of week, gotta fill the stupid disk up first and close it out.

I started with just a simple brake tune-up, just shoes and pads. That has turned into a completely new brake system. BUt hopefully, I'll stop on a dime and my e-brake will start working again.
