Got the new windshield frame back from paint yesterday.
Installed it today with all the gear from a $100 junkyard donor.
Getting a new glass installed for free from insurance tomorrow.

The previous windshield was from a CJ.
It had no indents for sport bars so was held off by the sport bar buttons and never sealed tight.
Looking forward to driving with a better seal here in hell frozen over.

New U joints, thermostat and an oil change. Now that I have heat again it won't get cold anymore.

I got a new serptine belt, battery/cap/rotor/plugs/and wires for it.

Removed my nerf bars just because i didn't like them. I also removed my hi-lift from the hood. I need to mount it somewhere else. Found a bent main leaf so that will be fun.

Carter carb fubared, so ordered a Weber, and while I was at it, ordered a brush guard, a Poison Spyder competition stinger, some extra footmans loops, front and rear light guards, an auxillery light remount bracket, two new hood latches, a 2" body lift, and a new bikini top.


Unfortunately, 5-8 days for UPS ground

welded my cracked exhaust, got the tires I had sitting around mounted and balanced (31x10.50r15 BFG AT)

Had the stealership replace a kinked and leaking front brake line, all for less than $75. Next step is to bleed the other side, since it's pulling a little to the left under heavy braking... :

The GF and I took off the A/C compressor for now while we get everything else under the hood ready, we also took off those front rubber flares and started on the back ones.

Had to saws-all the back rubber fender flares off, started soaking the body bolts and seat/ seatbelt bolting with PB Blaster. Ordered more stuff from Quadratec and 4wd. Posted a few pics on JF.
