I did do all of the tune up procedures, etc. I also used Chevron fuel injector cleaner yesterday in the gas. (great stuff) Alcohol content in the fuel was pretty low during test, at approx a half tank of fuel, probably 15-20% alcohol in it, at most. So, very happy with the results, and it is running great.
Majority of the existing fuel in the tank was primarily Chevron fuel, Some Mobil, and approx 15-20% alcohol fuel.
That is a great smog check! I passed NO by 1 point under max last time.

The plugs are a nice tan color so the heat range is fine. It started idling a little on the rough side so I increased the idle speed to about 900 RPM and tuned in the mixture screws about 1/4 turn. If that doesn't help I'll start looking for a vacuum leak. Are there any negative effects of putting in a 160 degree thermostat? I also took out the rest of the carpet and there was only very minor rust on the floor pan. Somehow a jeep doesn't look right with carpet to me. How would the rain water run out?

I put those on. I think they are Crown Auto... or similar. They work great other than I get a little horizontal movement from them.

It's gonna rain!

I put my windows back on. It looks like it's going to rain, even though my Jeep is in my garage, but I never know when I'll have to go somewhere.

Going to drop my trans tonight to get the clutch in over the weekend. It's raining here so I'll have to pull it into the garage. It's a little cramped in there but at least it's dry. I'll take pics as I go.

Oba

Finished my OBA install...A/c compressor...

Did the electrical today...All I can say is DAMN, that that thing puts out the air....

2.5 gal tank, 0 - 150 psi in about 60 seconds!!

The viair compressor in my pickup takes 10+ minutes to fill the same size tank...

Yeah...they are Crown. I took the day off work today and got my rears on. Only real problem I had was I broke a grease fitting because the gun wouldn't come off of it. Figured a neat trick for those bolts put in from the gas tank side without cutting them. It takes a little patience, but if you get the outside rubber bushing out and then pull the sleeve out, you can wiggle the bolt out past the gas tank at an angle.
