Picked up my Black Diamond 1.5" lift kit today. Started working on it, but it got too dark and the mosquitos were bad. I got one rear leaf off so far.

Finished up my 'Jeep Weekend' projects-

-all new cooling system-
New all metal 2 core radiator, water pump, replaced all hoses, Thermostat, added an electric fan

-wired up new soundbar-

-switched out speedo gear to correct one-

-switched to Pennzoil Synchromesh-

-installed Olympic extended heavy duty tire carrier-

Needless to say it was nice to finish up everything today and take it out for a spin, new electric fan works pretty sweet...

Everybody knows.... It's hip to be square... Well at least square headlights!

Eric, That's GROSS!!

I put in new rear brake hardware( should've done it with the brakes but was lazy) and found a leaky wheel cylinder. I replace both rear wheel cylinders and all the hardware. I have 4 wheel braking again.

Finished my first axle rebuild on the 8.8. Replaced failed stock TracLock clutch pack with the Ford Racing carbon fiber clutch pack. A new bearing set (including axle bearings) and ring and pinon finished it off. Should be good for a season or two

I picked up a set of TJ flares that I stole from a guy on craigslist. $40.00 for the set. I think thats a pretty good deal. Only thing is they did not come with the lenses. Thats my weekend project. I will post some before and after pics.

Finished putting in the Cav seats. Me so comfy. And finally got my Jeepforum.com sticker on, after replacing the windshield. Where else are you going to put a white sticker on a white Jeep.
