took it to rockford and back, it was fine on the way there, except for the tailpipe fallin off.... the one piece i let a friend weld, but on the way back it was hell there i did 73 at 2600rpms in 5th and on the way back i did barely 60 in 4th at 3000 rpms
Look at the top of both our windshields: What base is yours?
Finally I see a yj with the windshield wipers that stop on the driver side just like mine
by JDNightFox - The terminal velocity of the square headlights is directionally preportional to the force of gravity decelerating the front wheels while the alternator is spinning at 3000 rpm's, minus the friction of the bumper pushing against the airflow with the 13 volt current the steering column is using during the time the vacuum motor is disengaged, but the mirrors must be directionally angled from the driver's window because the hood latches deflect the light refractioning down through the Nitrogen coat on the hood.
On Saturday, I replaced my worn out steering shaft. I had to cut the old one out sense it was seized and would not collapse.
Install was pretty simple, except that I had to grind just a bit on the steering box input shaft. The retaining bolt was contacting the shaft, and would not thread in. Just a little touch with the grinder, and it went together just fine.
It made a world of difference, I no longer have to keep moving the wheel side to side to drive straight.
