No led tail lights. It is inline with the harness along the driver side rocker

I didn't know they had factory bars.(learn something new everyday) My guess its a bass blocker. Not 100% sure on that though

Those may be diodes, if they are wired to your lights. I used diodes on my jeep so I can use the existing lights for towing. If you try to wire them without a diode inline all your lights flash at once.

Yep, looks like a pair of diodes. Do you have a wire plug up front somewhere that looks like it may plug into a trailer harness? (Think of your Jeep as the trailer)

Now that you say that it was towed up here when i bought it. It's got a tow bar and I'm seeing a plug up front under the bumper.
