WHat is this for?

The other day i was just looking around my jeep and there are a crap ton of extra wires that i have no clue what they are for. I noticed this plug near my fire wall and have no clue what it is for.

Isn't that the OBDI connector?

Looking on my phone, hard to tell.

It's for the DRB II scan tool, used by dealers.

That's obd 1, obd2 didn't come out until 96'
