Lose the sway bar upfront and the track bar in the back.

Welcome to the club. As you will soon find out, our YJs give us a special feeling inside and we would never trade it for the world. First of all, can you please change your profile? We would like to know what you've got. If its carb'd, a slite smell of gas is normal. If you buck and bounce on the highway, its normal. If you have a hard time getting up to speed its normal. If you have rust underneath of the frame and what not, don't be alarmed because its normal. If the ride is harsh, its normal.

You might want to spend some time reading the 'You know you drive a YJ when..' sticky to really and truley understand how special a YJ is. Good Luck, because you will need it.

^^^ what he said. Idk if it applies to tjs but usually if it rains outside it rains inside too haha, plus some parts from cjs are interchangable to yj like top and doors. Its noisy as heck on hwy, it has random squeaks, drivetrain leaks, rattles and when you swear you repair a issue another problem shows up. But welcome to the fun world of yjs

Welcome, some of my buddies give me crap about the square head lights but just remember who has springs on all 4 corners. But check out the stock specifications and update your profile with what you have so we can help you out a bit easier.

Not a bad trade, but go back and see if you can trade fender flares in the rear.
