My front is welded and I have a toggle switch that runs so
E vacuum switches the engage and disengage the front. I personally don't see much if any snow so it's not an issue for me. And I am able to make sharp turns with no issue on the trails. The set up works just fine but I only did it because I don't want to spend money when my build will most likely get rid of both axles

Can you walk me through the toggle switch install?
-Is it a low voltage switch?
-Which wires?
-Any tips and pics?

How is it on the road in 2wd? feel it at all?

If my dana 30 blows up, I will be shortening a Dana 60 for my jeep. So if it works for a while and then something goes wrong, it was worth it.
